Liquid Death was looking for a way to generate more email contacts, get users to repeat purchase, and convert their large list of prospects. We had over 110k prospects in the existing email list, so there was a ton of opportunity to engage these users.
The Solution
Using Klaviyo's advanced functionality we implemented Flows for: Replenishment, Welcome Series, Subscription, Upsell, and more - We were able to to 10x automation revenue, 5x list size, and 4x overall email revenue in 12 months. We also converted 15% of non-buyer profiles into customers in the first 3 months + additional repeat purchases through our approach.
