When Darc Sport approached BMO Media in February 2023, they were relying on Mailchimp for email marketing and had no prior experience with SMS platforms. However, after adopting Attentive and implementing SMS marketing, their results were nothing short of impressive.

Within just one month of onboarding onto Attentive, Darc Sport's subscriber base skyrocketed to 21,000 users, showcasing remarkable growth. Even more impressive was their Revenue per Campaign message sent, which stood at an impressive $7.89. This demonstrated BMO Media’s ability to effectively utilize SMS marketing despite Darc Sport being new to the platform.

The impact of SMS marketing on Darc Sport's revenue became even more apparent after two months. They experienced a remarkable 29.8% increase in SMS revenue, and their list of SMS subscribers nearly doubled, reaching an impressive 41,000.

The initial SMS campaign sent through Attentive was a resounding success, boasting an extraordinary click rate of 93.4%. Additionally, their very first campaign generated $1.61 in revenue per message sent. Darc Sport consistently achieved exceptional results with their SMS campaigns, with high click rates of 33%, 48%, and 49% being the norm across various flows, further highlighting BMO Media’s proficiency in this new marketing channel.

In comparison to their previous platform, Mailchimp, 
Darc Sport was lacking in automation sequences to nurture customers and retarget potential sales. However, through strategic messaging, timing, and segmentation, Darc Sport experienced an impressive 80% increase in revenue through SMS automation sequences. Furthermore, they successfully generated 30% of their overall email revenue by implementing automations through Klaviyo.

With their migration to Klaviyo and Attentive, Darc Sport witnessed a significant boost in their overall performance. They enjoyed a 12% increase in total orders and an 11% rise in conversion rates. Notably, their email list size grew by 18%, and their Email Campaign Click Rate consistently ranked in the 90th percentile, averaging at an impressive 2.5%.

By embracing SMS and email marketing through Attentive, Klaviyo, and strategic campaign optimization, Darc Sport managed to achieve exceptional results in a relatively short period. Their rapid growth, increased revenue, and consistently high engagement rates underscore their ability to leverage these marketing channels effectively.
