Klaviyo Agency
BMO Media is a Klaviyo partner agency for DTC brands. We audit Klaviyo accounts, build and test the revenue flows, run campaigns to segmented audiences, manage deliverability, run Klaviyo SMS alongside email, and migrate brands onto Klaviyo from Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and others. Every engagement starts with an audit you keep whether or not you hire us.
What we do
Why a Klaviyo-specific agency, not a generalist
Klaviyo's own 2026 benchmark across 183,000 businesses found automated flows produce 41% of email revenue from 5.3% of sends. That ratio is the whole argument for specialization: the revenue is in flow architecture, segment logic, event data from Shopify and deliverability settings, not in prettier campaigns. A generalist agency sends campaigns. A Klaviyo agency rebuilds the machine underneath them and reports what each flow earns per recipient.
The accounts we inherit share a pattern: a welcome series that has not been touched since launch, abandonment flows with one message, a post-purchase sequence that asks for nothing, catalog and event integrations half-configured, and a list that has never been segmented past "engaged 90 days". For Nursing Queen, repairing deliverability and rebuilding the automations produced a 287.5% increase in Klaviyo-attributed revenue. For Darc Sport, Klaviyo automations now carry 30% of total email revenue.
What's included
What we do inside Klaviyo
Klaviyo account audit: deliverability by sending domain, flow architecture and revenue per recipient by flow, segment health, list growth net of churn, integration and event health. The method is our Klaviyo flow audit playbook.
Core revenue flows built and tested: welcome, browse abandonment, cart and checkout recovery, post-purchase, win-back, sunset.
Campaign calendar and send strategy by segment, with A/B tests on subject lines, offers and timing.
Segmentation and predictive analytics: engagement tiers, predicted CLV, expected next order date, churn risk.
Deliverability: dedicated sending domain, warming, engagement-based sending, list hygiene and sunset rules.
Klaviyo SMS alongside email, with shared suppression and quiet hours, or Attentive and Postscript where the brand already runs them.
Shopify, Recharge, Okendo, Yotpo and LoyaltyLion integrations configured so events, catalog and profiles stay reliable.
Migration to Klaviyo from Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Omnisend and others, with list, flow and template rebuilds and a deliverability warm-up plan. If you are comparing platforms first, see Klaviyo against ActiveCampaign.
Klaviyo features we lean on
Predictive analytics: predicted CLV, expected next order date and churn risk drive the win-back and replenishment timing instead of a fixed delay.
Flows with conditional splits and A/B branches, so every flow runs a live test against the version it replaced.
Segments built on engagement tiers and purchase behavior, with sunset rules that protect deliverability.
Benchmarks: Klaviyo's peer benchmarks by vertical and list size set the targets in the monthly report.
Klaviyo SMS with shared quiet hours, consent records and suppression against email.
Reviews and loyalty integrations (Okendo, Yotpo, LoyaltyLion) so review requests and point reminders fire from the same flows.
The point of specializing is knowing which of these to switch on first for a given account. Most brands we audit are using fewer than half of them.

Process
How we work in a Klaviyo account
1. Audit, week one
View-only access is enough. We read deliverability, every flow's revenue per recipient, segment health and integration status, and return the three biggest leaks with the revenue each is costing. You keep the audit.
2. Scope
Flows only, flows plus campaigns, or email plus Klaviyo SMS. You approve the sequence and the number before we touch the account.
3. Build in revenue order
Welcome, abandonment and post-purchase first, inside 30 days, each tested against the version it replaced. Campaigns start once the flows are earning.
4. Report monthly
Flow and campaign revenue separated, revenue per recipient trended, deliverability signals, what changed and what changes next, with the attribution window held constant.
Klaviyo agency, Klaviyo freelancer, or in-house hire
A freelancer is the right call for a defined build with a clear end. An in-house hire is right when one channel is large enough to keep a specialist busy and the brand can also fund design, copy, deliverability and analytics around them. An agency is right when you need all five skills now, want pattern recognition from dozens of accounts, and want the work to survive a resignation. We wrote the two guides buyers ask for: how to hire a Klaviyo expert and how to compare Klaviyo agencies, scorecard included.
Who it's for
Who our Klaviyo agency works best with
DTC brands on Shopify with a Klaviyo account that was set up once and never revisited, brands moving to Klaviyo from another ESP, and brands where email should be a third of revenue and nobody can see why it is not. We are a poor fit for one-off campaign work or for brands that want volume for its own sake.
